These terms describe how Fencerly Draw may be used. They are a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed by counsel before you rely on them publicly.
The service
Fencerly Draw is a subscription tool that lets a fence company publish an online estimator, receive homeowner-drawn projects, and manage the resulting leads and estimates.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your company information, for the security of your login credentials, and for the actions of users you invite to your workspace.
Estimates are preliminary
Prices produced by the estimator are preliminary ranges based on the homeowner's drawing and your configured pricing. They are not a contract, bid, or binding offer. Final pricing is set by the fence company after verification.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect according to the plan change policy shown at checkout.
Failed payments may restrict paid features until the payment method is updated. Canceling preserves your data while restricting paid features.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another company's workspace, reverse engineer the service, resell it without authorization, or upload content you do not have the rights to use.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
