This policy explains what Fencerly Draw collects and how it is used. It is a plain-language summary and not legal advice; have counsel review it before you rely on it publicly.
Information we collect
From fence companies: company name, contact details, business address, service area, billing information handled by our payment processor, and the catalog, pricing, and branding you upload.
From homeowners using an estimator: name, email, phone, project address, the fence layout they draw, their selections, and the consent they give at submission.
How information is used
Homeowner submissions are delivered to the fence company whose estimator was used, so that company can follow up on the project. Fencerly uses aggregate, non-identifying usage data to operate and improve the service.
Data separation between companies
Each fence company's customers, leads, estimates, catalog, pricing, files, and settings are isolated to that company's workspace and enforced at the database level. One company cannot read or modify another company's information.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. Fencerly Draw never stores raw card numbers.
Retention and deletion
Company data is retained while the account exists. Canceling a subscription preserves your data while restricting paid features. You may request deletion of your workspace at any time.
